Extending the existing property to form open plan living spaces and a luxury master bedroom with en suite and walk in wardrobe.

Thanks to the client’s - I attained the planning and building warrant application and the client project managed the build through site to completion.

The solution

To fulfil the client’s brief, the flat was fully remodelled and extended creating a large open plan kitchen / dining / living space. The extension was built in the highest quality materials; ashlar sandstone, standing seam zinc roof, and a frameless glass corner maximises views to the beautiful garden beyond. Rooms were merged to form a large master bedroom with walk in wardrobe / en suite and a spacious utility was created by combining two under-stair cupboards. Really looking forward to photographing this project in the new year and seeing my client’s fully settled in.
