The brief
This Grade B listed building sits in a conservation area and was once part of the Edinburgh Academy. Converted to housing in 2015, we have been enlisted to re-plan the accommodation to better suit the needs and lifestyle of the client.

The solution
Whilst the design phase continues, we intend to completely reconfigure the property’s internal layout and have redesigned the ground, first and second floors. Our proposed plans have been created with the client’s needs in mind, sensitive to the wide range of uses their home serves - entertaining guests, exercising, relaxing and working. Throughout our plans, we’ve maintained (even accentuated) the property’s original atmosphere, character and appearance, yet met the demands of our client’s modern lifestyle.
